TikTok not Spending the Budget?! Help

So We're runnning blank checkouts on tiktok, all the KPI's look insanely good, CR , CTR on the ads, CPM is low and ROAs are over 5, however, tiktok spends so slow, it will never use up the whole budget, any tips?

the account is aged, over 2+ year and the account health is good

Sometimes your account has a spending limit, so you can't spend more than that.
