The proxy I received from the proxy company is not working, please help

When I set up a new profile proxy in the morelogin antidetector browser with the proxy information I received from swiftproxy.net, it keeps failing.
I don't know the cause.
I contacted the company, but it seems like it will take a long time to reply.
But I have personal reasons to test it right away.

Try dolphin once if still fails then ask replacement from provider.

instead of using the proxy server name try using the connection IP if they proivided you one, some website even if they ask for the server name they only accept the IP for the connection don't know why is really weird but found out that most website only accept the IP for the connection

You check the protocol, HTTP or HTTPS or SOCKs5.
If you check and the proxy still does not work, it is the provider's fault. You should ask them to change to a new proxy
