Hello, i need help for creatings ads

Hello everyone, i'm glad to be here with you all.. i've been creating facebook ads for the past week on my instagram page to sell a house or rent a property, am still not able to get it right, but at least i was able to get someone once to rent an apartment, am i doing it wrong..? also i tried google ads, i didnt even got any feedback, what would you suggest i do please

Hmm try posting in Facebook marketplace. Then boost or promote that Facebook marketplace listing. Maybe that will generate leads for you then you just communicate with them in chat and get them to view the place.

You can also take photos and say you're having an open house and anyone is welcome to make bid ....you don't need to tell them there's a reserve price, but you if the reserve price is met and they are the highest bidder then they will get the house. Say there is no minimum bid.

We're hosting an open house this weekend at 123 X street, X city right next to X landmark.

For sale is a beautiful 3 bedroom house with 2 bathroom in a safe neighborhood with lots of amenities, shops, schools and restaurants near by.

Come by this weekend on Saturday, view the property and make a bid. All bids are welcome, but the highest bid that meets our minimum threshold wins the house.

Time for viewing: Saturday 10 am until 12pm.
Bidding starts at 12:15pm on Saturday.

Bring your friends too, all are welcome.

Snacks and drinks will be available.
