Hi,

I have five adult websites similar to TikTok, where users can upload videos and earn money. Nearly all the websites share the same content, but each has a different design and name. After returning from vacation, I found that one of my websites wasn’t working, while the other sites on the same server were fine. I checked the issue and discovered that I couldn’t access the admin panel for that site. When I reviewed my emails, I found that Hostinger had suspended my website the day before, citing "abuse."

I quickly realized it was likely due to a DMCA complaint. In the past two years, I’ve had similar complaints twice with older websites, but Hostinger usually issues a warning first, allowing me to delete the link. If they suspend the site, I delete the link, and they unsuspend it. However, this time, the agent told me they won’t unsuspend my site since it’s my third suspension. I explained that while I’ve had two suspensions, those were over eight months ago for different websites, which are now closed. This specific website had zero complaints until now.

I’ve been in this business for two years, so I understand how the DMCA system works. Usually, DMCA complaints come automatically from Lumen Database, and Google simply removes the URL. When I receive a warning, I typically remove the URL from the site or change the name for SEO purposes. I explained to the agent that Hostinger didn’t provide any proof of who made the complaint or what specific link was involved—there’s even a chance I own the content. The agent only provided one link, which I checked. It’s highly unlikely that this content is copyrighted. For videos, I avoid using names associated with OnlyFans models, and this video had a simple title like “A Walk in the Forest with My Dog.” It had only 100 views and had been hosted for nearly a year without issues on my other sites. The URL is still on Google, so there’s no issue with Lumen Database.

Additionally, all media is hosted on Backblaze, with Bunny CDN used for faster loading times. My current situation is that I have four other hosted websites on the same server, with one disabled. I also have two additional servers with Hostinger for non-adult websites, but I’m seriously considering moving everything away from them. This server costs $287.88 per year, and I strongly suggest avoiding Hostinger.

Logically, anyone could file three complaints against a Hostinger-hosted website, and they would remove it. I strongly suspect this complaint was filed by a competitor, as the website ranked very well for a particular keyword.

What??? I can’t believe it!! I recommended Hostinger for clients just yesterday .

Hostinger is useless, their dashboard sucks, very slow load rates, too high costs and risk to your data as the support agents working there without any supervisor approval can delete/suspend accounts citing any reason plus they also can simply copy your entire content and use for their own purposes.

I read your yesterday post. Didn't you post it on my thread? Lol

I had a similar experience with Hostinger. After three years of business, they suspended one of my adult video sites without warning due to an alleged DMCA complaint. Previously, they’d just issue a warning, allowing me to resolve it. This time, they refused to unsuspend the site, even without specific proof or a link to the content in question. I strongly suspect this complaint came from a competitor. Hostinger's “three strikes” policy is risky, especially for businesses. Looking to move my sites to a more reliable host.

Hostinger is DE/LT/FR company with servers in DE/FR/LT.

DE and FR not loyal for DMCA abuses.

Yes, that was yesterday. Today is today and today its when i noticed about this
Its like logic: If country very loves USA, so you do not host there. Because this country will be claim you for DMCA action too.

I’m now considering portal.incognet hosting. Has anyone tested it? The prices are really good.

I didn't know that Hostinger allows adult content before

Oh!Yeah

I stayed away last month after so many years of patience and I am glad of my decision

Yesterday, I contacted them by email, and they removed my suspension today. So this is how their abuse system works...

My reposnece:
Thank you, but I’ve already rented a new server and moved my blocked website. I’m really concerned that in the future, my other websites could also be blocked. Hostinger’s system is really not ideal; we pay money to host and earn money from our websites. It’s hard to track user-generated content, which is why there needs to be a complaint and warning system so that webmasters can quickly remove content when needed. Currently, when a website is blocked, we don’t have any tools or access to fix it ourselves.

Have a nice day.

Go with contabo dedicated server its better, you are in control

I got alexhost.

so which hosting are you using now? I'm also in the hunt for new hosting (that's VERY cheap because I'm a VERY cheapskate mofo), so I'm having a hard time finding something decent and cheap (for less than $1.5 a month :D)

Anyway, if you know of a good hosting that's cheap please share it with me, I gotta find something in 1 week....
