@macdonjo3 hi, as you mentioned, many of these services (in fact, all of them) have issues with bad IP pools.
The quality of IPs varies depending on the region and how many people are there. For instance, in a large city like New York, there are more mobile phone users who can potentially contaminate the IP pool by spamming (something we are against), compared to a smaller city like Rochester.
These spammers get IPs added to blacklists, which can seem absurd from the side of spam database maintainers. The same IP addresses are used by all mobile phone users, meaning if you accidentally connect to one of these, now-blacklisted, IPs, you will be considered a spammer.
Additionally, there are hundreds of checker sites that maintain databases of blacklisted IP addresses, making it nearly impossible to monitor all of them to ensure none of the IPs appear on these lists. It's up to the users to decide whether an IP is "good enough" for their needs.
Thus, it's up to the proxy user to find clean IPs using the rotation link, similar to how a regular mobile phone user might act. It's not uncommon to get restrictions when accessing certain sites from your phone, and you then need to restart the device to get a new IP and access the site. Same here.
To ensure your IPs are always clean, first, request to disable automatic IP rotation. Then, disconnect your software from the internet and the proxy, and use a rotation link. After rotation, verify that the IP is clean on a checker website you trust and consider safe for your needs, and then proceed with starting your soft with the new IP.
As for the region where we keep our proxies, it's located quite far from the main city area, so the IP pool is not as contaminated as the one in the city center.
