Do I change the keyword after changing url to black hat?

When I was working on Googleads clocking

When the travel blog was advertised in white hat for the first time, the keyword was "sea travel" and the advertisement was carried out three to four days later.

Do I change the keyword after changing url to black hat?

Or do you change url to black hat on the cloaking site after advertising with the "gambling site" keyword when it's a white hat (travel blog)?

Changing the URL to blackhate would be risky. My advice is to keep the URL the same. Change it to black keyword and redirect to the blackhat site with cloaker.

This is very risky, you can change the URL and keywords, but it will still result in your account being blocked.

I have a question. If there is a website a.com that shows you when you use cloaking, you register a.com on Google and redirect it to a safe site b.com . Then, do I just redirect it to c.com (Black Hat) three to four days after it gets approved?

If this is correct, can't I just change the redirection to the .htacces file without having to create a clocking site?

If redirects occur with htaccess, Google will reject the ad due to reasons such as incompatible ad url. Therefore, it should not be done via htaccess. If redirection is to be done, it should be done with cloaker.
