Paying someone via paypal...without paypal

Someone did a job for me, but will only take payment via paypal.
My paypal has been limited, and I am not willing to set up another

Its only $20 and I would normally pay via xoom...but xoom minimum.

Can I send money to his paypal account using a different service? if so which one?

Or can I just get him to request a payment to an alternate email address I just set up?

You can verify you Paypal and send him money, So it will make u remove limits and send money to him and anyone in fututre

Same thing happened to me.
Call and tell them something like this

"I think I know why it is saying my account is undergoing suspicious activity" -You
"Why?" - Them
"I just got a new BlackBerry and logged on from it and my computer without much time in between" - You

After that they will say "Ohhhh!" and give you the account back.

I actually did do this with a new Blackberry and they said that is exactly what it was.
She didn't check any IPs or anything, so you could fabricate the same story.

Had my account unlimited again in 3 minutes tops.

contact paypal via email.. sometimes they will reply you soon, sometimes it need 4-5 days...

tell the guy to send you an invocie to some other email id of yours
than pay using any debit/credit card

he didnt ask how to get limitation removed..btw in some countries it can be really troublesome to get it removed.

I gave him a solution to what he wanted

My account is long gone. I got suspended in jan, and I have contacted them several times. Its over. Too many refunds.

just call Paypal and talk to them nicely on how to get ur account unlimited.

if this is a legit account, and u want it back, submit all the documents they ask from u and u will be back to normal
