Why is India missing in the list of countries while setting up a payment method in Bing Ads?

So I saw that @IM Dude created a thread about Bing ads related query. I thought why not try to experiment with Bing Ads for my agency stuff. But unlike FB ads, India isn't even in the list of countries while setting up a billing method. Would appreciate some help about this. Do I need to use some out of the box method here? My rationale behind running Bing ads is that it won't be as competitive as Google/ FB ads for me. The Geo I wish to target is Australia.

Found the solution. The business address was listed as USA. Had to create a new account with an Indian business address.

Now it is showing this error.

There is a specific limitation for Brazil and India. In that, once a Place of Business is setup, it cannot be changed.

We ran into this exact issue a few months ago. Some random thread on some support forum helped.

Where do you see that error? Does it let you do other things normally. Do you see the promotional offer applied?

The market error could be related to your promo. In that India may not be in the list of supported countries.

I am seeing this error at the final step. So annoying.

For your first campaign, can you change your market/targeting temporarily to some other region like India?

You can turn off the campaign once it is setup.

I contacted support. They changed my account type from Smart to some other type (I cannot remember its name). Have targeted some keywords. I will post results if something positive happens. Cheers!
