The place I´m buying them now don´t charge a year of cost for the transfer of .se domains, so it would not cost me anything to transfer it.

There is no real market for .se for regular domains, you need domains like hus.se, bygg.se and so on to get some value. Normal small companies in Sweden are cheapos.
