Adblock goes crazy again

I turn it on (asks me to turn it off)

I turn it off (asks me to turn it off again)

Anyone else having this issue?

It's because of antivirus, in my case the issue comes from Kaspersky.

I see, I use the same AV.

Just disable it for 5-30 minutes, browse the forum, and then switch back to Gotham mode.

Funny thing: the Brave blockers bypass the pop-up, but don’t tell the admins that.

It not Adblock it's Kaspersky (yeah yeah I know blame the other guy ) We cover this off here from a 2023 post.

The issue is, as @digitalgeckos mentioned above, in the way Kaspersky manages the AV you think you've closed it, but you've not really.
