Today I registered a Facebook account on an iphone
and then delete the app
then reinstalled it - the previous logged out account was still stored on the re-installed fb app

And then I tested with a new apple ID on the same device
installed FB again - the previous FB acc was still shown

This also applies to other apps like spotify ETC

Though I've tried turned off all sync from icloud options &
deleted app data ETC

So how to completely erase hidden stored app data on iphone (whether it's iphone x or SE)
without factory reset? (because it takes too much time)

At the moment only factory reset & logging in to the same account then reinstall the app works - no previous app account shown

So the app data isn't stored on the cloud account, instead should be somewhere hidden on the phone

Should do the trick I believe.
it's regularly deleting app from iphone function so it didn't work

Basically iphone settings saves the fb/google accounts separately I believe.

Try resetting iPhone settings (not data) and clear app cache.
don't know where to clear app cache

No account credentials stored there

I even tried deleting the app (eg spotify n FB) completely still didn't work

App data is usually associated with your Apple ID and may not be completely deleted without a factory reset.
