To add or update your email on Facebook, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Facebook: Go to the Facebook website or open the app and log in to your account.
2. Go to Settings:
   
   • On a computer: Click the downward arrow in the top right corner and select Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
   • On a mobile device: Tap the three horizontal lines (menu icon) in the bottom right (iOS) or top right (Android) corner, scroll down, and select Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
3. Navigate to Contact Information:
   
   • Click on General in the left sidebar (on desktop) or scroll down to the Account section (on mobile).
   • Look for the Contact section.
4. Add or Edit Your Email:
   
   • To add a new email, click on Add another email or mobile number.
   • Enter the new email address and click Add. You may need to enter your password for security.
   • To edit your existing email, click Edit next to your current email address, make your changes, and then save.
5. Verify Your Email: After adding a new email, Facebook will send a verification email to that address. Check your email inbox and follow the link in the email to verify.
6. Set Your Primary Email (optional): If you have multiple emails, you can choose which one you want as your primary contact email by clicking Edit next to your email list and selecting your preferred email.

Once you’ve completed these steps, your email will be updated on your Facebook account!

If you don’t see this option, go to Settings > Personal Information > Contact Info and add your email there. Then, it should appear on your profile.
