on the marketplace u find link building pyramids.
on what backlink do i point them at?

Does it make sense to point them on local citation sites in order to rank
google my business profile?

Point them to your T1s or your parasites. Pyramids are mainly to try and pump juice up the tiers, so using them on a citation is kinda a waste.

The only time I would say they 'help a lot' currently is with certain parasites - namely ones that are on authoritative domains and aren't saturated by 'reputation abusers'
