Got Ripped off by naveensingh

While having the conversation I told him that I would take the money after making the fanpage, incase if he didnt like it he doesnt have to pay. On top of that as I sign of courtesy I told him that along with the fanpage i would give him 5000 fans. I promised him all of this for $100 (which is like very very less). After creating the fanpage when i approached him, at first he cutoff all communication with, he would not reply, and then after weeks of constantly contacting him, he says that he cant payme till the i deliver the fans.

When I told him that delivering fans before making the payment is against my company's policy, he tells me he wont payme and cuts off communication with me immediately again. When I told him that I was willing to make an agreement, which assures me that I an eligible to get paid after the work I have delivered the fans, first he game a negative rating and then he says to me that he cant do that, as the person who is going to payme stays in USA and it can create legal issues for him.

I dont understand one thing, when people are not ready to pay, then why do they waste other peoples time. Just for reference purposes this is the thread which started it all.

I dont know... may be we are fools... He gave me contact info, his personal cell number, and i thought to myself that maybe I can trust this guy.... but what did i know that I was going to wrong BIG TIME!!!

Besides I myself have a newbie status on BHW, even though I have been a member for so long...

all of the person are his friends and want to harms us better rajbirkohli stay focus on work , why you telling your friends to posting message if they do not know the actual things. what you say just deliver on time. do not do this with other customer , other wise this is not harming your repo but other guys repo at BHW and even like you guys such a good repo of BHW also go down . we have taken number of service at BHW but cannt see jut forum.

better i want to close , as do not have more time to waste on you . really you are doing cheap price bu you work is also cheap.

naveen you should pay him what he have already done for you, it takes time and efforts.

he is asking 100 USD for making the Fan page only , but the work cover 5000 successful Fan added from our specified industry which he promised at the time of taking order , if you think he is right tell.

we have already wasted 1 month to hi success.

why he promise if he do not know how to do that.

he has to done the work what he promised , he not able to do that and shouting here. just wasted our 1 month. do you thing he is Right , tell me personnel , can you pay him in this position. we have already hired a other company now and do all in written so do not face such issue what he did with us.

Naveen/ Piyush, whatever you name is, you asked me for a fanpage and I gave you one.. you also wanted linked in and myspace pages but i denied as I had no knowledge on how to do that... and I was the one who wasted my time as I did the work without getting paid... Also I am not denying the fact the I promised 5000 fans in $100, its only that I had done most of my work and I was asking for the payment so that rest could be finished...

This how business is done. Business is done by expecting the other person to do everything without getting paid a single cent... I had even told you that if i dont deliver you the fans, then i would give you a full refund. Even then you denied my request, so then what assurance do i get from your side, that after completing the full work i will get paid...

where are the 5000 Fans , tell that only making a fan page is 90 % work why making foll , people know that. have you completed the promise , then why should we pay for , which we have not done. i am not here to fight like dog and cat . if people think we are wrong tell just making a fan page asking for full money , how can we belive on you that you will deliver the 5000 Fans.

So thanks for your great incomplete work , we cannt pay for that we can only pay for that which you have promised at the time of taking work and you told to complete in 1 month , which we have already wasted with you.

Second, You can go through any thread on BHW and I can promise you one thing that no one will deliver facebook fans without collecting the payment first.

naveensingh sounds like a real scumbag, this forum has produced many scumbags.... doing work with alot of people here, come with high risk... Use due diligence next time and only do work for reputable members... their is always going to be some idiot looking to scam someone...

for written agreement you are told today when we have wasted 1 month with you. people know to whome to deal with or not , better not make excuses like this and harm any other person reputation , have you deliver what you have promise .

Yarr its better you stop here and learn how to work , People only pay when they get the work promised.
