Why should be it in a bad quality???

Is that compulsory???:bad:

I have my own design,I just want them on t-shirt

(I want low cost material used to produce t-shirt)

Hey, I could it for your you using silk screen. The price is t shirt + print = $6 only.

You going to waste the emulsion and your time to make a screen to do a single shirt and then only charge $6 for a single shirt? I wouldn't do that myself, but it's really nice of you to offer for him. OP, $6 is a phenominal price for a custom silk screen shirt.

For a single shirt it would be more practical to just use vistaprint or maybe even just buy one of those iron on transfer kits for injet printers.

You can also go to your local hobby/craft store and they usually have small single use silkscreen kits. Those can work faily good for making just a few shirts.

Not heard of vistaprint yet. thanks, i will try this. here in my place labor and materials are very cheap. $6 for custom t shirt is just enough.

IC, I misunderstood. I thought you just wanted a couple of shirts for yourself.

You should discuss it more with jheyslow. His price isn't bad. You can get shirts printed for as low as $3 or $4 per shirt, but most of those places will charge a setup fee for exposing the screen, and the price doesn't include the shirts. As far as wanting the 'bad quality' you need to understand that for the actual printing there is no such thing. When you set up the screen it has to be done right or it just won't work at all. It takes no more effort to expose the screen with good artwork than it does with bad artwork. If you're providing the artwork then that's what you'll get.

Once you start printing the shirts, its really just a matter of pulling a squeegee across the screen so there's really no poor quality to be had there either. Unless you want a multicolor design, which is out of the price range your wanting. There isn't really much chance of 'bad quality' unless the printer just doesn't know what he's doing.

So that just leaves the shirts themselves. I'm sure that's what your thinking of anyway, but it isn't really how it works. The shirt itself is usually the least expensive cost for getting the shirts done. The difference in cost between a really poor quality shirt and a standard weight shirt is only a few cents. If you wanted to get a Hanes Beefy T or a Gilden Ultra Heavyweight it'll cost you about $1 more, but to get a really low quality shirt won't save as much as you think.

If you do a search for 'screen printing t-shirts' on google you will find many online shops. You can also look around in your local community and probably find some guy with a Ryonet press that's trying to get started. If you find someone like that you might be able to get a really good price. You can get some good prices on shirts from t-shirtwholesaler.com have them shipped to the guy and get him to print the shirts for a few bucks per shirt. You might be able to find a guy on cl, or ask at a church, or maybe even ask a few local bands. A lot of the start up screenprinting guys work with a lot of small local bands that can't usually pay much.

What about multi-custom shirts? For example, we would like to buy 150+ shirts with about 10 different designs. Can anybody fulfill that, and what kind of pricing. Also shipping? We are east coast US.

Well this considerably outside what I expected to pay for this kind of service. Given that I was planning to sell them for $7 less than that, I don't think it will work.

Anyone else? Also - am I wrong in thinking this is a very high price for something like this?

Thanks!

PM me i offer screenprinting in the service section. i own my own shop
