Yes, you can do that and it does not affect at all the he trust on the ads account assuming your browser and IP you're operating the account from are solid.

hello, you are right about getting an aged account with decent spending history, but there are more things about that than that. one of them is getting for your account an advertiser verification, which will make your ads moderation more smooth and you wont get that much rejections. this is a new mandatory thing Google added at the start of this year for every account that is going to be advertised, i doesnt matter white hat or black hat. otherwise you need to use only provided tools for running your campaigns, as trusted Gmails, verified cards and professionally created websites, which wont be suspicious for Google moderators.
