Money wise guaranteed, IOS dont have competitor in same specs, But android has many competitor that is the reason market in android is not good when it comes in secondhand.
 
I really don't understand the iPhone mentality. With Android, you have such a vast choice of phones available for whatever choice you want. For example, my son wants to do more photography, so the next phone he gets will have a better camera but he won't be paying £1000+ for it. Want one for playing games, then choose one with better ram and graphics. I just feel that you are too locked in with an iPhone with no real choice.

I purchased a £70 android from Banggood and the camera on that was amazing but currently have a Google Pixel 7A as it came 'free' with a 2 year plan costing £21 a month for unlimited everything.

Oh, I am sure the ROM is wonderful, totally bloatware free and clean, lol. I am sure it is the most secure device ever.

I use an android (nokia g42 5g) along with the iphone. I am sure many others too. I don’t see how I am locked with iphones? Strange.

Iphones do have problems. I don’t like how iphone file system works, atall. I can’t seem to find shit in my iphone. Android is wayy better in that regards. But otherwise, android is crappy and insecure (not the core, but your average android from aliexpress is full of shit stuffs). If you want to buy a decent android, you will be paying a similar price anyway. Think about it.

That is actually exactly one of the main reasons why people by iphones… because it all just works without buyers being completely overwhelmed and left wallowing in obscurity due to the sheer number of competing options and choices and deciphering what all the individual differences will mean.
Instead there are just a handful of options with all the core services all working equally well across the range. Even the hardware is custom made to work seamlessly with their software and services.

But I personally buy iphones for their exceptional attention to security more than anything. It makes it worth every penny to get one for me.
 
don't get me wrong Iphone is a good phone, but there are a lot of cons and most of the games for cellphone are on android not on ios and features that I use every day are not even in the Iphone 16, even if is a good cellphone I feel that I will limit to only a Iphone unless I acquire more and more apple products to get more benefits and be able to get the most of the things,, but is expensive to do that, meanwhile for android the only requirement you need is to have a internet connection in your laptop, cellphone, tv, smart watch, headphones, etc and will work and could be any brand youo are not restricted to use only one, with Iphone you only need to get expensive apple things, apple is not friendly with other brands they only work under their own ecosystem of their own products.
 
Very good and everything but the price is too much and I also prefer Android since I can use it for work too.
