hey, newbie here, i bought a domain, connected to a ecommerce platform, after finding out my domain blocked by namecheap, bought another one and replaced on the platform. the difference is the ending. .xyz replaced to .com. now all messed up, old one is on google search, cant create sitemap. all different connected help tools give some problems. how is the process of completely moving from one domain to another one?

Redirect the xyz domain to the com domain (page to page),
Add both to the same GSC account and use the change of address in the settings,
Lastly, you have to wait, be patient, it might take a couple of weeks/months

when I first enter any page of the site it takes seconds to load after first one there is no delay, thing are fast, what could be the potential issue

my site was active just for a week is it must to apply change of address?

I don't get your point,
Something wrong with the way you implemented the redirect (or registrar/host) if the 1st (xyz) is not redirecting or taking too long

It is not a must, but usually will speed things up & let Google know that you've changed the domain

all i mean is, when i enter the site as a quest it takes long to enter the website but after entering the site, navigating is all ok

I got error for some URLs : Couldn’t fetch the page

Well, something is wrong with your hosting or/and the website,
There are plenty of reasons that could be behind this, you have to debug

You need to do a 301 redirect, rewrite all xyz tld to com tld.

Crawl you page, fix any inlinks. If your site is large try to do a database rewrite (BACKUP FIRST), it will be faster.

Then just wait for Google to pick it up.
