I am totally new to email marketing

I am sure there are many experts , I have Few Questions

My Goal - To Promote my Digital Marketing Services through Email Marketing in USA

Please help me out

1) Which Tool is best to Scrape Data/emails? (Target - Local Business owners, Doctors, Realtors,etc) (USA)

2) How Many email id I need to send emails? & Which Email is Better? custom or gmail, outlook (Target - Daily 1k-2k emails i wish to send)

3) How Long should I Warm up the emails?

4) Which Tool Should I Use to send Bulk Email in Automation?

5) Which AI tool is Good to generate email Content to Pitch services?

  • Apollo.io
  • Scrapy
  • Puppetee
2. How Many email id I need to send emails? & Which Email is Better? custom or Gmail, outlook (Target - Daily 1k-2k emails I wish to send)

To effectively send 1,000 to 2,000 emails daily.
A custom email domain looks more professional and allows you to send more emails, while Gmail and Outlook are easier to use but have lower limits on how many emails you can send.

3. How Long should I Warm up the emails?

Warm up your emails for 4 to 6 weeks by slowly increasing how many you send each day to help build a good reputation with email providers.

4. Which Tool Should I Use to send Bulk Email in Automation?

You can use tools like Mailchimp, SendinBlue, or ActiveCampaign to send bulk emails automatically because they are easy to use and have helpful features for tracking results.

Freelancers on Fiverr or Upwork sometimes sell aged email accounts or manage custom domain emails for outreach.

From 1 Custom Email i can send 1000-2000 emails daily?
 
I am also learning cold email outreach and here are a few things that I have learned.

1. If your budget is low, Contact Form outreach is a cheaper way to get started, I used GSA Contact Form submitter and have been loving it.
2. You need to use paid email solutions to increase your inboxing rate, you also need custom domains for that.
3. NEVER use your main emails.
4. This doesn't work on all niches, but Linkedin outreach is also another great way to start.
5. Depending on how many emails you are sending, but Saleshandy is the best from my experience.

With that said, the only way to improve is just by doing it, you will slowly develop your own process.
