How to Fix Blank SVG Images in WordPress?

Upload SVG to WordPress, but it appears blank. How can I solve this? I've tried using SVG support plugins and adding PHP code, but it still appears blank.

Probably the width and height is not defined, or it’s white on white. Check both the probabilities (right click, inspect element).

But the preview image in the gallery is transparent.
