Send Email - best scenario

Hi all!
I need to send daily 1000-2000 cold emails.
What will be the best scenario to land as many in the client's Inbox??

1. I have the list with emails and I send them with Gmass - I have a simple gmail account or yahoo mail. I think of changing new email account month by month.
2. I will use a scraping tool and my emails will land in the email form contact page, and the clients will reply to my simple gmail or yahoo mail account.
3. Or your better option.

I don't know how to do it and I appreciate your advice!

Use a good client for sending bulk mails
like Mailwizz ore another.

sending 10k emails daily will result into spammed or email get blacklisted??

verify your email is a work that must be done, if you do not it, it is way easier and faster to be blacklisted
best way is self hosting (cheaper)
other way is buy smtp server warmup ready
other way is buy smtp and warmup it yourself
other way is smtp relay services (like Amazon SES= cheaper, Mailgun, SendGrid, etc)

To be honest, for such a relatively small daily send, I'd stick with gmail accounts - spread over 5-10 accounts, or 3-5 warmed accounts.

You can buy aged gmail accounts here on BHW in the marketplace - use the search function.

However to be honest, manually warming your own accounts is pretty damn easy!

Register, use throwaway sim numbers - free or close to no cost.
Login, add your signatures, build up cookies.'
Start slow, 10 emails per day per account
Increase by 10 each day, until you get to 100/day. After that, you're good to go to upper account limits!
We use anti detect browser and Surfshark VPN for accounts, without issue.

We have accounts now that do 400-500 each account each day - no spam hits (pretty much, anyway) and no issues with account bans.

Your content, title and message body will naturally play a part with your success rates.

The best way is to gather email addresses through contact forms as if you try to do this without your clients giving you permission you risk getting into their spam mail.

You can have a website where you have people input their email address thereby giving you the ok to email them... And the email won't be sent to spam.
