Advice on monetizing an adult content site

Hi all,

I currently have a small network of adult content sites and I'm looking for a way to monetize the traffic.
I get around 600 - 1000 unique daily visitors with around 800 - 1200 video views. Most of the traffic comes from Reddit and Google search results.

I tried using ExoClick to setup pre roll ads but they only play a max of 200 pre roll ads so that is only 25 - 16% of the total video views

I was thinking on using CPA offers and creating my own ads on my site to promote those offers?
Or should I try to sell ads directly to advertisers instead of using a middleman ad network?

I will try this since the sites are for a specific niche I think I could find some affiliates in that niche

If you can get access to the advertisers themselves and they're willing to work with you despite your small traffic, then go for it.

But I doubt that would be successful. Going with CPA networks may be the best as you get access to multiple offers from various sources and that gives you choice to try multiple offers till you figure one that works for your audience.

Thanks, yes makes sense that finding advertisers with my small traffic would be hard I am now running some dating & cam CPA links to start on my site and I will see how these go

Oh yea didn't use those because they mostly spam ads to the user and you only make a small % of the total revenue

This is going to be very hectic and not worth it for how much traffic you currently bring in. It's been a couple months, what is your traffic now?
