I have tried indexnow.org it does work as a real time indexing protocol that helps search engine quickly discovers and index content changes on website.

It's not a service you can use, it's a protocol adopted by various search engines (notably NOT Google) to use for more frequent updates to content/announce new urls for spidering. Most Wordpress SEO plugins use it. It's not going to help you much unless you are targeting the engines that use it - Bing, Yandex, etc

I have not tried indexnow.org, but I have tried indexmenow.com and believe me good quality links are indexed in two days, sometimes even in one.
