@krishal don't post in Google Ads because your question is related to WH SEO stuff, organic search results, and traffic in general, it's not about paid advertising. Anyway, I moved it from Lounge to WH SEO, so, all good.

It just fits better in White Hat SEO since it involves fixing an SEO-related issue that affects the site’s visibility and traffic in Google's search engine.

Regarding your question:
Redirects or meta titles may be causing the issue.

You can fix this in your website’s HTML or through your CMS if you use WordPress.

Check the meta tag, including the title and description, to make sure they’re correct.

It sounds like the meta title tag isn’t set up properly, which is why "Oops" is showing in search results.

Once you adjust it, submit the site again through Google Search Console and await the update.

You must check for security, malware and hacking issues in your website. It usually happen for infected website that they look normal to all users but for search engines, hacked content is served, so your indexing get affected while you think site is running properly and meta data is also fine. For checking how your site is being seen by Google, use URL inspection tool from GSC or fetch your website as Googlebot.

Crawl your site through tool like Screaming Frog and see if there’s a redirect loop or improper canonical tags
