Is it possible to start dropshipping with just 200$? Then using the money that I earn from the sales to buy more ads?
I'm 17 year old and I wanted to start dropshipping. I already have some experience in marketing, copywriting and I could stay in front of the screen 7 days straight just to get the perfect product.
Do you think guys is possible? Also is dropshipping dead or you can still make money?

Yes, it is possible.
You can still make money dropshipping but it isn't as easy as you may think.
To be perfectly honest, I would try to build up your startup cash, unless you can find the perfect product immediately.

As the above comment states - yes it’s possible but only if you know what you’re doing. You will end up spending the 200 making mistakes as you learn. It’s inevitable.

Yea, best thing to start is tiktok shop, making thousands a week it's real easy money

Is it possible? Yes.
Is it gonna happen? Prob not.
You dont need to necessarily invest money to make money,
Time is also like money invest more time and use your money for something else instead.

But that is just my advice.

$200 is not enough really. The only way for you to get a quick sale is to run ads and you need to do testing and all. I say just maybe find some more work first and come up with more funds for this venture of ours.

I want to start again. About a year ago, I started a Billie Eilish merch store. I added as much valuable content as I could, and after 2-3 weeks, I was getting around 4 orders per day from Google. However, I closed the store after about 2 months because there weren't many products in my niche to dropship and very slow shipping. I regretted it, I should have kept the store on autopilot.

You are right brother. The journey is hard, but that's what makes it valuable. For now I was doing yt faceless channel, I did 670k views in 1.5 weeks but now is decreasing...

good luck trying to guess what product is the ''winner'' one with such a small budget
in 2024, ads are expensive (and strict) as hell, easy to get banned on facebook ads
everyone saying it's possible probably didn't try dropshipping since 2019

Personally i would avoid it, Shopify costs, Product Hunting, Marketing costs & the time you invest on Social Media.
-> Not worth it.

Rather buy any E-Book which is well recommended here - you might find 15 better ideas than this.
Already burnt 10k€ in Dropshipping, let it go =)

Is it possible, Yes - I my self recently started a new store with $100 budget for ads recently and it's profitable. Is it likely? No. I've been doing online marketing for 3-4 years now so of-course I know what I am doing more or less. But if you're new, definitely not.

Is it possible yes but if your biz based on ads i think you will burn your 200 so fast , cus you've to buy the ordred product + run ads what i suggest is use AI to your advantage and since you can stay infront of the pc then you can do allost everything yourself , so you either do dropshipping using SEO with AI to generate content or use social media like tiktok or insta to create videos around your niche using AI and even for free without paying but i think going for seo you will learn more and you'll have an asset that belongs to you not like a page on insta or tiktok that may get suspended , good luck

It's possible, if you pay influencers, but honestly speaking, you probably lose all the $200 because you need to test a lot to find the right product.

As you mentioned you have experience in marketing than go for it but you must have to add more money as you go.
