Hello, I’ve been using Google Ads for my IPTV business for a year, and everything was going great with consistent improvement month by month. About a month ago, i received several DMCA complaints, and Google stopped our ads. I appealed and filled out the counter-notice form right away, and Google responded saying they forwarded it to the complainant. Since then, I haven’t received any updates, and I’m still unable to launch new ads. Can anyone help or advise on what to do next?

You need to cloak your ads properly.

sounds familiar, are you advertising to customers in Italy and Switzerland, I think you should prepare a new account and try that campaign again to know exactly why GG rejected it

m not targeting Italy nor Switzerland, the complait that i got is from an agency in France. but whenever i launch new campaigns without France in it my ads gets reported immediately. any recommendation ?

I need also to mention that GG doesn’t reject my ads, they get reported for DMCA after the approval

Running Google Ads for IPTV without cloaking will only ever last for a short period, Even if the counter notice worked (highly unlikely), more will follow. Consider speaking to account rental services available here on BHW - some of them will assist with blackhat cloaking setup.

Either that, or put in the time to fully understand cloaking.

Thank you for your response,
My ads were working fine for 9 months in a row without any major issue with no cloacking at all. is there a possibility to work for the same period with another GG account for example ? or using cloacking is a must ?
i have another question : what is the average period that my campaigns will run for with cloacking ?
Thank you in advance

The answer to some of your questions is; it depends.
How closely related to IPTV are you target terms?

If you've received an account restriction, this will sometimes include the blacklisting of the domain on any new accounts.

Cloaking, whilst I'm by no means the most knowledgeable on the subject, I know people who have and do run campaigns for years in blackhat niches. I'd encourage you to reach out to BHW sellers of ad account rentals - even just to pick their brains. Most will be happy give some guidance in the hope that you will use their services afterwards.

I think you should use multiple accounts to run Google Ads for your IPTV business. If you rely on just one account, it can be very difficult to resolve issues when problems arise, like the current situation. Have you heard of anti-detect browsers? They help you manage accounts effectively, so you don't have to worry about unexpected issues.

If you can prove that you comply with DMCA guidelines, that might be more convincing.

The problem is your arrogance.

You kept updating each month,

Expecting great return while being complacent.

Didn't create a burner account, didn't create burner income, solely relied on AdSense with no indication of dcma.

Your first problems not thinking about dcma everyday because if you were you'd have 50 IPTV channels, something people of today forget.

Learn and move on the end.

Yes, but be prepared for another claim. Typically counter claims are only successful on the first attempt.
Look to start diversifying your Ad accounts. 3-5 Ad accounts concurrently will make these issues little more than an annoyance.

i'll do that for sure
Shall i use multiple Google accounts or same account with multiple ad accounts ?

Congratulations you now understand a burner accounts.

If those accounts are linked back to you, and it some how is a big media corporation like ##### they can request Google to release your banking details if it infringes on their IP.

Anything stored and streamed is grounds for them to pursue you, if it's the grey area they can knock your revenue, if you keep making burner accounts and you don't use anti detect guess what, boom for IP theft, and whackamole grey theft.

There's no law in the grey area, it's like being out to see with pirates.

Welcome to whackamole,

and fk you media person watching, or lurking you know who you are, I see you in Reddit you cunt.
