Someone stole my entire website and SEO!

Hi, I have a big problem. I wrote a website with good SEO with about 10000 words. Today I edited/updated the whole text a little bit and asked for indexing on google. After a few hours, I found out that someone else copied 100% my whole site (previous version of the texts) and indexed on google.

I CAN'T FUCKING BELIEVE THAT GOOGLE INDEXED THIS CLONED PAGE AND MORE IMPORTANTLY PRIORITIZED IT OVER MY ORIGINAL ONE!!! So now my site is worthless because the cloned version got all the SEO ranking and mine died.

I can't believe that google is so stupid and indexes 100% clones which wipe out the SEO of the original page!!!

I have already written a complaint to ICANN and the domain registrar. This is my only chance to block the domain and maybe get my content back.

Is there anything else I can do if the registrar does not suspend this domain? I was thinking that I could attack with very bad backlinks on this domain so that google would penalize it. Or I don't know what to do anymore...

Yes i did it. But im Asking how it is this possible?! Because attacker can buy new domain a clone it again, and he will again steal all my SEO. How is possible that google is on 21 century so stupid that he dont know that my content was first on google and clonned page have 100% same text! 100% same!

Sorry, but DMCA takedown requests typically aren't worth the paper they're written on 'so to speak'. If the culprit knows what he's doing (likely so by using this kind of tactic), then domain & hosting will both be registered offshore at DMCA ignore hosts.

As others have said submit a copyright notice. But if he’s coping literally your entire site you can do something smarter. Embed some JavaScript that checks what the websites domain is and redirects the traffic to yours if it’s not your domain

I'm sorry I misunderstood you before. You're right, someone doesn't want me to be ranked. I've been high in results for a short time. I hope it will recover or my 3 months work will be lost.

Smart because they rank your own content, yes for me that’s smarter.
I do not understand how that happened , but u are not the only one , i have had this same situation before even people selling my own tools
