Hi everyone,
i have started a WooCommerce store on WordPress, and I’ve been facing a frustrating issue for the past couple of months. The "Add to Cart" button is extremely slow – it can take up to 10 seconds or longer to add a product to the basket. I believe this is scaring off potential customers, as my sales have been severely impacted (only 4 orders in 2 months). users are not even going to the checkout stage and giving up at the stage of adding product to cart since i been watching the abandoned cart and nothing.
I’m using a paid caching solution, which works perfectly fine for loading products and general site speed. However, the problem arises when customers try to add products to their carts.
I would greatly appreciate any recommendations on how to fix this issue or what might be causing this delay.
