Nope, not yet. Was supposedly supposed to be rolled out sometime this year...they haven't been talking about it lately though.

Kind of crappy since they haven't released it yet. How would you recommend on spreading out the postings with it?

It's going to one of the new features of the all new SENuke "X" which is looking to be pretty much a re-write of the entire program.
It's not that hard to keep track of your postings since the software saves your URLs with every submission date/time, etc.

Yeah apparently going to be included in SEnuke X, which is supposed to be released "this summer".
I wouldn't hold your breath though, think the SEnuke team have been threatening to bring out SEnuke X for months and months now. Most likely to keep current members subscribed in the hope it's coming soon and they don't miss out maybe.
I can't complain either way, it does a good job as it is. However, a scheduler would be amazing IF it worked properly.

I would love a scheduler, I would even like more information on how to manually schedule to look natural and still use this tool.

SENuke is an OK tool. I mean do you want to pay $127 a month so that MAYBE your articles get accepted? Your articles being accepted are at the whim of editors, so make sure they follow the strict guidelines as far as anchor text and keywords go.
Second, you should wait until SENuke X comes out, it comes with a scheduler.

I'm not an SeNuke promoter perse. But to be fair. Article directory submissions are about 1/10 of what this tool does. All of its other features like profile accounts and video submissions can easily reduce your need for another 2 or 3 apps to do those things.
Also, I'm a pretty recent customer, and using a tool like this, I've got a pretty great niche that started from a brand new domain and at the top of page 3 in about 1 week. Yep, it's still far from successful. But been pretty useful tool to save me time with a lot of SEO steps.

Right, the whole purpose of the tool is Article Submission. The web 2.0 profiles are useless as they only give you a few hundred, spammed out websites. Use Xrumer for Web 2.0 profiles.
