Hi everyone,

I operate a luxury fashion search app and have been directing several thousand quality leads to various retailers through two affiliate networks (Rakuten and CJ) since the beginning of the year. However, I haven’t seen any commissions recorded from actual users.

I suspected a tracking issue and conducted two test purchases using different IP addresses, environments, and devices (iOS 17, to match my user base), clearing the Safari history each time. Both test transactions were successfully recorded. This leaves me wondering why sales generated by real users are not being tracked.

Has anyone encountered a similar situation where only test transactions were recorded but no actual user purchases? Could this be related to attribution, retargeting, privacy settings (especially with iOS 17), or any other factors I might have overlooked?

I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions on what to investigate next!

Thank you in advance for your help!

How do you know about the quality of traffic? Both these networks have good reputation. If you are redirecting users to aff links and there is no sales showing up, that means users are not buying.

Test other networks like amazon or something similar.

I'll try it later. Today is really bad.
