Energizing Workout

all that sweating
That could be literally a 5 mins :D

No reason to run if you can afford a car, and no reason to ever lift up heavy things just to put them where they were before or cycle without moving.
*Health left the chat*
*Energy committed suicide*
*Longevity just jumped from the 4th floor*
*Diabetes smiling in the corner*
*Heart just got another 5 problems*
*roses are red violets are blue, @roydan signed up for gym, but never went to*

I used to be in a very good shape for a long period of my life. I used to run 60Km per week and waste tons of time at the gym and working outside. I still consider myself to have a relatively healthy lifestyle, even though I didn't do any of it for the last 10 years.
I eat great food and my diet is balanced.
That being said, I never felt that energy boost you sporty fellas talk about.

We weren't meant to run 15K or to lift 50KG repetitively. The truth is that if you don't smoke and go outside every once in a while and try to chase your 5 and almost 2 year old kids before they do something you'd have to explain your wife, you'd be fine.

Hitting the gym in the morning is great, not so much about the results but the journey itself is energising and will set the tone of the day. Well done.

It was a bad joke from my side actually, my bad,

Working out have a massive ROI actually, I've been researching nutrition & sports for years ( mainly reading PubMed & trusted sources, no BS),
You don't need to go crazy about it, 2-4 times a week for 30-40 mins/session while doing it right could get you the majority of the benefits

I don't have the energy to work out now

It's midnight here and I haven't eaten for a day

Still working, my boss said he can go two days without eating

A great energizing workout could include a mix of cardio and strength training. Try to listen to some upbeat music during your session, it'll give you good vibes.
