Does instagram link accounts?

I got about 50 old instagram accounts laying arround. Got 10 in use (only posting). If I would start using proxies to post/comment from those old accounts, do my current ones get impacted if I get banned on them?
Does instagram forever link those accounts no matter from where the using occurs or is it using per IP

No I dont think so, what matters is how you set them up currently and in how many devices and IPs

if with the same ID got linked , then everyone on the same wifi are linked .... it have some risk , but not much risk unless all account in the IP doing spam...
