Looking for Developer to Create Demo Website Similar to Kleinanzeigen.de

I’m looking for a developer to help me create a demo website that functions similarly to Kleinanzeigen.de. The purpose of this website is to showcase future projects to clients, so I need a platform with core functionalities in place but not fully developed just yet.

Requirements:

• CMS: Preferably built on WordPress (for its ease of use and affordability), but I’m open to suggestions if there are more modern, equally simple, and cost-effective options.
• User Registration: Users should be able to register and contact sellers through the site. Posting listings is not necessary at this stage.
• Admin Dashboard: I, as the admin, need to be able to create listings and manage users from the dashboard. All inquiries made through the listings should come to me, and I'll be managing them from the dashboard as well.

This site will primarily be used as a demo for potential clients, so design should be clean, user-friendly, and scalable for future upgrades (e.g., adding user-generated listings later on).
