Deleted member 2025868 NVME VPSes are faster in nature compared to SSD KVMs. Just starting out with SSDs are completely okay, but if you need more concurrency and high volumes down the line- go with Ryzen Nvme.

According to my opinion, to warm up cold email servers, gradually increase your sending volume while using engaging content and automated warm-up tools. Monitor performance and avoid spam triggers to improve deliverability and sender reputation.

I got a question, when we add our mailboxes to these warmup tools does our domain get warmed up or only that specific mailbox?

Your IP and Domain (including all mailboxes) gets warmed up. Based on the IP and Domain reputation a combined score is created that is assessed by the receiving email providers to land you in inbox or spam. Its always a combination of IP and Domain.

So even if I warmup 1 mailbox, if I create another one on the same domain, that new mailbox would be warmed up since the domain is already warmed up.
Does this also apply to subdomains? If I create a subdomain on my domain thatbis warmed up?
I tried to search for this but couldn't find any concret answer.

Yes correct if you make a secondary mailbox on the same domain, you essentially dont need to warm it up again but start slow with it. It shouldnt start sending cold emails from day 1.
It doesn’t apply to subdomains. Sub domains are always treated as a separate domain in the online world be it for a website or a mail server.

This is super true. It's not just about setting up a mail server. It's more about managing it efficiently and regularly.
I manage 5-8 Mail servers right now without a hassle. The image above shows the IP is blacklisted somewhere, this is part of the process, and you will get blacklisted by corporations like these multiple times.
You need to request delisting from them and then again warmup to increase email server reputation.
Example: Img Attached. It shows that one of our IP is high volume sender with superb reputation.

we are not in 1990 - 2000, when you sent a mail and did go to the inbox and people buy
need some more steps
highly suggested self-hosted mail server is way more cheaper, if you know what to do with it
running in Formula 1 is not for everybody, same goes for running your own self-hosted software (of any kind)
tip: keep the mail server and relay the traffic to other SMTP with better reputation than yours ( for a small period of time )

I was looking someone to help me setup smtp server and warm up my email server for sending cold emails, then my friend suggest me SMTPget, which provides best warm up smtp server for sending cold emails.

Sending a large number of emails at once will cause your emails to be judged as spam.
