I better idea would be to have a website where you would have the links and then drive traffic to your website.

Actually, Adsterra are known other problems (search on BHW, you can't miss it) and I think you should do some digging about them before you sign up.

If you ever get the same thing from any other network - copy the link as well as the screenshot, then send it to the manager.
Some ad networks will use whatever advertisers pay a high price for the ads. Other ones will clean up their direct feed, BUT still, some advertisers will cheat and there is not much any network on the market can do straight away. They will remove it manually asap though, it's helpful if you report it to your AM.

Give a network with this kind of mistake a few chances - If nothing changes - try another network.

Hmm, I got banned for organic traffic from purely SEO. No other company like adsense, adsetra,.geozo, now even some sites are and we're on ezoic..but Monetag decided to ban me. What a bad joke
