National filtering and Proxy connection

Due to national filtering (censorship) proxies do not connect when I set them in antidetect browser. I am looking for a way to make the proxy work.
I found a way that by activating a vpn then the proxy can connect but I am looking for a better method.

Well I test with that method VPN+ proxy and those websites like browsersleak only showed proxy ip not vpn IP.

I would try residential proxies to see if the location is still the same. The ISP you're using will not be able to block you from using proxies

They do. I tried residentials and they do not connect. Only they connect If I activate vpn or use them on a vps.
Filtering is not from the isp but a national thing. Even some vpns could not connect.

You can try use CloudFlares DNS changer 1.1.1.1 instead of a VPn

same filtered. seems my best option is using vpn with it.
