VPN , VPS , Proxy encryption capability ???

Hello, I want to ask that between VPN, VPS, Proxy, which type helps you to be more anonymous, avoid reading messages and exposing IP from third-party attackers outside the conversation between 2 people?

When you copy a text containing code on VPS, will the IPS (Internet Service Provider of your personal computer) on the personal computer connected to the VPS know what you just copied and be able to read it?

No , but they will know that you are connected to the VPS.

What about using VPS? You do everything on VPS, but I don't know if other people outside the personal computer connected to VPS can see what you are doing.

Your ISP can not see what you are doing on the VPS , they can see that you are connected to it. Your VPS provider can see what you are doing tho

Your ISP can not see what you are doing on the VPS , they can see that you are connected to it. Your VPS provider can see what you are doing tho

Thanks , When I copy a photo or something from VPS to my personal computer, can the ISP of my personal computer see it? And vice versa, when I copy a photo or a text file from my personal computer to VPS, can the ISP of my personal computer see it?
