I have a general knowledge on the process but I'm not sure if it's still worth investing time into learning the whole system of Onlyfans management starting new. Do you think this could be profitable? Do you need existing capital to start?

There's a growing demand for this these days, so as an unwritten rule, when there's a demand for something, there's money to be made from that too. Your success depends on many factors, from marketing skills to investing time and money, content you generate and hiring ability.
You don't need much capital to get started and it can be only your time but you need to prepare yourself for competition to beat them.
Finally, if you are interested in this industry and are ready to accept its challenges, it will be a worth-investing market, so feel free to give it a shot. : )

I believe it to still be a viable niche to get into. Way I see it is, there will never be an end to people willing to pay for this kind of stuff. OF will be around for the next while I'm sure. Just be ready to pivot when a new platform comes out.

OF models are not all capable of managing their own brand / account. There will always be people that require management services.

I've been thinking about this myself as I know someone that is looking for representation. Just trying to do my homework first.

2. Traffic - This is where your skills come into play. Using your preferred methods of traffic you would gain subscribers to the Onlyfans account. There are endless traffic methods/ sources . Start with organic traffic from Instagram/Twitter/Reddit learn the basics of these and then you can expand to more black hat methods like dating apps and bots.

3. Chatting- Once subscribers come to the Onlyfans account you now have customers ready to buy content from the model. You do this by having virtual assistants on the account talking with subscribers selling content.
