How to get 1 MILLION SEARCH RESULT INDEXED?

I wonder how my friends blog got so much indexed on google, like 630k page url indexed, i tried it on my self with 500 client indexing api not even 1000 it is only 600 indexed , do you guys have any solution to index domain quickly?
i dont care about the domain lol, i just want to know how did it goes why can my friend blog got indexed 630k on site:domain.com

Maybe your domain is an old, powerful domain, so it is easier to index.

Or there is a combination of Google Index API + Google News.
