This is the usual spamming of search pages. The spammer sends a bunch of keywords to the top sites that are not closed from indexing the search bar, and in the keys indicates his site, but with the wrong characters.

In this link spammer promotes the site 6543k.c0m, instead of the letter O here used zero. He does this so that search engines do not automatically detect that this is a spam search page and take in the index of this page.

And then he runs these URLs into the index. These sites for many of the keywords that the spammer specified in this query will appear on the first page and people will type 6543k.c0m when they go to this page.

It is. This method involves finding search results pages on sites that are a) indexable and b) display the query string content on page (and preferably in the title tag). But these Adobe stock pages are tagged noindex, so the person promoting these must have access to some juicy 301s.
