Google Can't Fetch my Robots.txt file, whats wrong ?

As the title says, I have a new site. Then once I want to start to do indexing inspection. A problem description appears regarding my Robots.txt

I have checked my robots.txt file and I didn't find any problems. The file can be accessed and I also tried using a third party to check whether my robots.txt can be accessed

But why can't Google read the live test about my robots.txt?

Has anyone here experienced the same thing and do you have a solution?
