Are there still automatic tools for creating backlinks that can help me rank for even easy to rank keywords ? How much these will cost and what is expected ROI ?

Google’s algorithms are smart now, and they can penalize sites using low-quality or spammy backlinks. These tools can work for low-competition keywords, but the long-term ROI might not be great because of potential penalties. GSA cost since the last time I checked is $97.

I think that it's better to build links manually. It's 100% safer to build manual backlinks.

back in the day there used to be something called gsa blaster i think, it used to spam comments on wordpress blogs

awful tool, awful results but it worked for a bit here and there

whatever program you use to create backlinks automatically, the links are okay just for diversity. They don't help much with ranking anymore, so you still need quality links as well
