Weird issues I don't get resolved on my VPS [php-fpm[

I have a VPS running and there are a couple of sites hosted on it with not a crazy amount of traffic. Sometimes the CPU spools up mad crazy due to a couple of duplicate processes. 24414 20 0 479364 80604 5452 D 46.7 2.1 0:50.53 php-fpm: pool admin is using a lot of CPU and has tried to set up children etc but without any success. I'm not sure what to do so I was hoping someone perhaps can lead me in the right direction.

Any errors in php logs?
In your hosting you have garanteed resurses?

Do you call any remote api's, if yes maybe their response is LOOOOOONG sometimes and makes processes go long, also check that you run on DEDICATED CPU!
