Out of curiosity, is there any way to NOT "throttle" the traffic? I mean, I'd like as many visitors in any ONE day as possible.

If there is not way to control this, that's fine, but I figured I'd ask.

Is there any way to minimise the amount of traffic?
I'm looking to use this to get hits on my articles which average about 25 hits daily. Suddenly going up to 500 a day would look fairly sus.

Forgot to ask... What will the referrer be? Also, if I set the link to a blogspot redirect page, will it make the referrer blogspot.com or won't it make any difference?
 
Can you tell which are the top 5 countries of your traffic, please?

And let's say I want to buy 20,000 clicks, can you split that traffic across several sites?
For instance, 300uvs daily (it was the number you pointed) for each site?
