Buying backlinks is good but you must have an SEO strategy too. You will be investing money in the links, and if those are not part of a keyword strategy then they will just show on backlink audit tools and might not improve rankings of your desired keywords. I think we need to start with quality backlinks that are placed manually.
There should also be quality content.

Actually the wise decision that you have taken regarding the link building . First of all analyze your site properly and then find the proper category of backlink service .
