Got manual penalty on pbn site and i realised that after placing link to moneysite. What i should do. Should i delete backlink or post or leave it

No idea but it got manual spam penalty. No it does not have any traffic

If I am getting it right, you own a PBN site through which you provide PBN links and you got a manual penalty on your site because you provided link to a Moneysite.
Though it is very hard to determine that you got penalty because of linking to a particular moneysite but if you have determined it then you can remove the post. But still, it will be hard to recover from penalty because your site is a PBN and there may be more things that lead it to a penalty. Maybe the links pointing to your PBN site are not good so you can check and submit disavow too. There may be content issues in your PBN site that you can try to resolve.
The easiest thing would be to create another PBN site and be more careful this time.
