Give all the lesbians in the world a island certain number of years with all the technological advantages and lesbians will disappear from the world. Because they can never reproduce

Not only talking about the code of the app but the whole business.
App + Internal API + Databases
Then all the system of servers, load balancers, caches, rate limiters, authentication systems, credit card payment integration...
And when you finish all that you are just starting, now you have to sell it, marketing campaigns, logos and adds design, recording media, hiring influencers...
Even if with that you get a decent amount of users, now come up with a business model, are the users going to be willing to pay for it? Will they be ok with it? Will they be ok with adds on their app? Would you be able to find companies who want to advertise themselves there? If yes, now go and do the work of finding them, meeting them, convincing them, signing contracts...
We are talking about years of work and a huge money investment to do something that aims to a really niche audience, this is not a "create this little program in 2 afternoons and earn a passive income for the rest of your life" idea.

I'm curious. Does this mean Japan does have lesbian dating apps, but only for butch lesbians? Or just that there aren't any lesbian dating apps, regardless of whether they are butch or femme?

Japan has dating apps but butch lesbians are abundant, making it hard to find femme lesbian partners. So there's a need for a femme filter in the search engine, or straight up just making a new app for finding femme partners.

So this thread is about addressing dating issues in Japan. I think focusing on niche markets can indeed be a great business opportunity, but remember it's always a balance of supply and demand. Also, as for Japan's declining population, let's not turn such a serious issue into a comedy skit.

Yeah, most people here would rather spam some very mainstream, overused adult offers or sell their wife's ass rather than creating their own offer/app/site in a less saturated niche, then they wonder why they're broke or why (at least some) women run away screaming.

Wow! Sound logic.
I personally feel sorry for those who spam adult offers but I feel even more sorry for those that believe that they make a proper "offer" or "app" on their own and handle all the aspects of the same on their own (again).
Oh but wait, there is a faster way of going broke isn't there. Just take a loan from the bank to build a "lesbian dating app" for the Japanese. Need I explain the remaining steps?
