How are they doing this? [Hacking .EDU Sites & Ranking]

I am seeing this for months now. I don't see any account registration or login method to get into the website of universities. But how are they able to do it?

If anyone in this community knows then please let me know. I have to target some keywords in my regional language using this. I will be paying you as much as you want.

if he asks, he won't understand anyway, exploiting php upload module of fckeditor

many pages with fckeditor are vulnerability

it's not hard to find it on google
