Need help! All my image thumbnail serps are missing!

In July, Semrush showed that my featured image results were 183 in the US. But since then, it has been decreasing every day until now it is 0.
I used the site operator on Google Image Search and saw that my website images were indexed.
But when I used the site operator and keyword query on the web search, I didn't see any thumbnails in the results.
I read in a guide that if the display of images depends on JS loading, it may cause the loss of thumbnail results.
So I disabled JS in my browser and found that most of the images on the page could not be displayed.
Do you have any other suggestions for me? I need to find the real cause of the problem!

ensure your images are in web friendly format, implement the schema markup check the Robots.txt, add descriptive Alt text to your images.
monitor server response time because late response may also impact the indexing of images.

I have done all the above. And I mean, the images are indexed normally, and even SEMrush can see the featured image pack results. But the featured images are all gone, here I mean the thumbnails on the right side of the blue link.

Have you make sure your important images are loading directly in the HTML, not just through JS? Since you’ve already verified that your images are indexed and noticed that disabling JS causes them not to display, JS rendering could be the main issue.

Now I have fixed this JS issue and the images are still visible even with JS disabled, but the featured image is still not coming back, I don't know if it's waiting for a re-index or if I didn't fix the issue.
