Hi everyone!

I've been on Twitter for more than 10 years, and own two Twitter accounts. One is a personal account, the other is more "profesional", since it's representing my "media". My page is quite famous in the Japanese anime niche (mostly technical part), but not that much from the mainstream public, even if some of our interviews tend to have parts that are reposted and get hundred of thousands of likes/reposts.

My account is around 3K subscribers, and the "pro" one is 7K, both have Twitter blue.

I've been away from twitter because of real life projects, but since I came back more than a month ago, it seems that my posts are seen by almost noone, even if I have good retention (let's say, 15% of the people seeing my tweet liking/retweeting it), it goes hardly above 10 or 20 likes recently.

Any idea on how to get back on track, and about what the mistakes I should avoid doing on Twitter? I don't mind about my personal account, but the pro page is a friends project, and I'd understand them loosing confidence in the project if noone reads us.

Thanks in advance for your answers!

**by the way, I'm new here, this is my first post so, nice to meet you all!

Hey thanks for your answer! The issue is that the professional account has to remain kinda corporate... So we never answer to posts and only follow professional accounts related to us (animators etc...)

Content and engaging are the kings if you cant engage create good content, Talk to other accounts and exchange reposts, create events/contests/giveaways, shootouts... be creative... or pay for ads

Test test test. But you're right, twitter is hard these days

Elon Musk has stated that X will be less about social media and more like an "everything app." This means it will function as a company platform that includes features such as news, AI, money transfers, and more.
